Your eligibility base is determined by subtracting your Effective Family Contribution (EFC) as determined by your Student Aid Report, and from the cost of attendance for your course of study. Cost of attendance includes tuition and fees, books and supplies, housing, personal and transportation costs. Charges for tuition and fees can be found in the Tuition & Fees section of the Austin Career Institute Catalog. These costs are subject to change. Additionally, students may apply to Austin Career Institute scholarship program and may be eligible for grants, or other sources of funding and loans through several government and non-profit agencies.
Because the federal Pell Grant is not a loan, it does not need to be repaid. This makes it an outstanding option for qualified students.
